Stephanie, Daniel & Lauren

Whilst I was tucked up in hospital Adrian very kindly was our driver so Gary could take Stephanie, Daniel and Lauren on a ride down the Waterfall Way.

Mark & Yolande ride down in style!

Sensational riding from Mark and Yolande coupled with great personalities made this a great ride down Waterfall Way.
Huge apologies for the delay in getting the pics uploaded but been a bit out of things getting over the surgery.

Perfect day, perfect views.

Up pops the photographer again!

Finally all the tough stuff in the past now!

Been a tough time since end of April, sadly mum passed away and had to go to UK to sort things out not the best of circumstances to be going back. Had planned to go in August but it wasn't to be.  Ended up there for 2 months and then came back to get ready to have my hip replacement done.  3 weeks tomorrow was surgery and just starting to come through it.  Ditched the walking stick yesterday and cut down on pain killers and noticing great improvements each day which is brilliant.  Can't wait for the 6 week mark and will driving and back on my bike!  Will upload some tour photos, huge apologies for the delay.

Honeymooners ride the Dorrigo Freefall

Keen orienteering couple Kath & Daniel were here on honeymoon and rode beautifully. Daniel had a great Garmin....mmmm GPS thingy which tracked the route down the mountain and gave him an average and top speed.  He clocked 60km an hour, very nice riding.

Both our couples were awesome; not a wobble in sight.  Nice flowing riding.

Great riding top Kath.

Daniel & Kath checking out the walk they did to the Promised Land yesterday. It was done in record time.....the rain a great motivator to get going!

Couple of calf stretches should do the trick.

Ready to ride

Great riding down to the waterfall

Congratulations Kath & Daniel, all the best to you both.  May you have loads of adventures together.

Off to Sydney tomorrow...

Very excited, off to Sydney tomorrow to complete my Level 1 Cycle Coach accreditation. Leaving at sparrows to catch the train down, it will give me time to read on the way down.  Need to make sure I have absorbed everything as there is lots to take in.

Have also joined Coffs Harbour Cycle Club today and look forward to riding with them. It will be so nice to meet people who are really into their cycling.

CycleFit...one stage closer.

Lots of rides...

Meeting some amazing people on our rides.  There is definitely a profile emerging of people who are game to do the Dorrigo Freefall.....capable, adventurous and have already tried some pretty exciting things.  Our clients sail boats, fly along zip lines, surf, jump out of aeroplanes and of course love bikes. There is a personality type......they will try new and exciting things in a heartbeat!

Here are some of our awesome clients, more pics on facebook.

Dad, John and the boys Sam & Christopher.  What a great attitude John had to life and brilliant of him to bring the boys along.  Sam & Christopher demonstrated great skills and lots of confidence.
Tom, Kim, Nicky & Graham.  We shared a beautiful day with them and it was lovely to cool off at Rosewood River afterwards.

John & David...great riders and lots of fun.  A stunning day.  John and David also gave us some great ideas and feedback which was really appreciated. Local guys so really look forward to seeing them riding around Coffs. (PS There is a safe distance between you both in this pic!)

Cooling off at Rosewood river
We will be adding an extra 10km riding thanks to David & John.  Woohoo!

Had to crack up laughing when I heard Natalie say, "I'm not getting the Freefalling!"  All the same Natalie gave it a go.It is actually a very challenging ride to do, lots of skill required and a fair amount of courage.  Natalie showed lots of courage.
Gorgeous couple, we managed to avoid the rain....JUST!

12 km of pure downhill FUN....speeds of 80km ph can be achieved no problem.

Have an awesome trip round Oz Dan & Natalie.  Lovely meeting you.

Rob & Baudine

So nice meeting Rob & Baudine.  Keen sailors who are the proud owners of a brand new boat....can't wait to hear more about their trips.

Rob is a very keen golfer and was very impressed to see an old guy driving back from the golf course with his golf buggy in tow, Gary was more than happy to slow down and then overtake the vehicle so Rob could get a photo!  Have an awesome time on your company golfing team day Rob.

Great riding by Rob & Baudine and they couldn't wait to jump in the river after.
Still plenty of cloud cover hanging over from all the rain we had.
Nice camera Rob...especially loved the pictures of Baudine with the dolphins.....can't wait to take Asha.

Skywalk at Dorrigo

Rob looking a natural on the bike.
Gary telling Rob and Baudine all they need to do is hold on and tuck in behind him!

Ready to Freefall!

Sherard Falls, midway stop to take in the scenery.
Great energy from Rob & Baudine.

Cooling off in the Rosewood River

It was so nice chilling out and talking about wine and good food down at the river after the ride.

Little bit of cross country to get warmed up before the descent.
